Just to add to Henry's info. This was a non-standard NS course because of repairs on the track. The distance was 2.9 miles. I borrowed the AB coaches snazzy stopwatch, and took times.

The top two times for the boys were 15:32 (Grant- AB) and 15:33 (Wortham - NS). For the girls: 18:22 (Karys - NS) and 19:01 (Reed- NS).
