Well it all comes down to this! The DCL Cross Country Championship!!!
Friday Oct. 26 at Lincoln-Sudbury H.S. Start Time: 2:00pm
Newton South, Lincoln-Sudbury, Acton-Boxboro, Concord-Carlisle,
Westford Academy, Wayland, Boston Latin, Bedford, Weston, Waltham.
These teams will toe to the line in competitive championship races of Varsity, JV, and Freshman.
Team, and placements awards to the top athletes in each race will be presented in an after-race award ceremony on the Lincoln-Sudbury field.

It has been 6 weeks of individual and team competition amongst the school in weekly dual meets,
along with a few invitational xc meets to get their race strategies in check.
In my book, 6 weeks of training towards perfection is the start of discovering newly found talents of speed, physical strengths, and emotional control of true athletes. These fine gentlemen, student-athletes, have now discovered what it takes to accomplish goals that previously in their eyes would not have been possible into something that is now truly realistic. Each one of these Boys have a goal to accomplish on Friday. Be it for the team or for their own personal agenda, whatever they accomplish will have a true reflection on what it's like to be part of something that they have contributed to.
And win or lose it is the self confidence and physical discipline that they received from the experience of the Boys NSXC program.

4:10pm- JV. Girls
Bus will return to Newton South approx. 6:30pm
