"The replacement workout for the meet is 4-3/2-3-2/1 fartlek when and if it is safe. This may be done on a treadmill or elipitical. If the roads are unsafe I would rather have people take the day off than run in unsafe conditions."
"As far as the meet the make up date is being worked on and it is possible that it may be at Reggie Lewis."
